We had some leftover durians in the fridge. So, I peeled off a few seeds, mashed the pulp and add them into the batter . I baked like 3 dozen of durian mini cupcake. As usual I delivered some of my ‘fresh-from-the oven’ cupcake to mum’s place.
But I didn't stop there…
After dinner last night, I made these cookies…
Cinnamon raisin cookies
Chocolate Chip + Nut cookies

I got the honor of tasting each and every cakes and cookies coming freshly out of the oven and as a part-time food tester, i must say; Its delicious! Get it while it's still hot!!!!

alamak..cam mana mo kurus nie arthur..aiya, don't stop la.now so good i cake eat the cake.when you bake, you don't feel like eating so it's my turn to eat. The durian mini cupcake was superb!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i love it! so soft lagi tu.alamak kalah sifu ni.
