Durian Cake

I've made Durian cakes a couple of weeks ago, upon request from DH..
I made two durian cakes altogether. (Picture above) Bigger cake for my family and the other one is for DH (where's the pic? aiyo... the cake disappeared very quickly-inda sempat ambil gambar pun :(

Deepavali is just around the corner. Traditionally, no celebration is complete without a cake so last saturday sis and I baked carrot cheese cake. Dearest sister and hubby went back to Seremban this morning and she brought along the cake with her, Carrot Cheese Cake for Deepavali! yay..
this cake weighed almost 2.5kilos.. (i'm drooling over this picture.. tapun-tapun)
